Cursillo is a movement within the Episcopal Church where we’re encouraged to live joyfully and serve faithfully in grace. Cursillo retreats are for adults of all ages – 18 to 108! Cursillo is a weekend of learning more about our faith and worshipping together. Cursillo is also fellowship and fun. If you would like to make new friends from throughout our diocese, if you would like more tools to deepen your relationship with God and actively live your Christian faith more intentionally, then Cursillo is for you!
Listen to the voices of two of the candidates of Cursillo #152:
- “I am in awe of how I feel about the weekend. Our church Cursillo group meets every Wednesday night for prayer. I plan to be there. A special thank you to each of you. You all have made an impact on my life. More than you will ever know. And for that, I thank you.” ~ Marsha Whitehead, Emmanuel, Franklin
- “I have always believed, and often forget, that if we quiet our minds and open our hearts, God will show us the way. That was true in spades this weekend, and I am finding it an exciting challenge to continue to assimilate that which we learned and experienced in my day-to-day life. I look forward to the next time I see each of you again. You are all so special to me.” ~ Kriston Feldpausch, Redeemer, Midlothian
