The first step to making a reservation at Chanco on the James is to contact our hospitality director, Stacey Richards, to secure a date for your group to visit us.  Stacey can be reached by phone or email:

Once a date has been secured, you will need to fill out our guest planning form and other information that will be mailed, emailed or faxed to you.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
