Adult and family Friday and Saturday night rates:

$62/$73/$83 single, per person

7—12 years sharing room with parent:  $30

0-6 years sharing room with parents: free

Manor House flat lease $350

Watson House flat lease $1,000

 

Adult and family Sunday through Thursday rates:

$50 single, per person

$40 double, per person

$35 triple, per person

Manor or Watson House- flat lease

$300 and $900 per night respectively

Conference/retreat meal charges

Breakfast          $8  per person

Lunch               $10  per person

Dinner               $17  per person

Youth between 7 and 12 who are accompanying adults during conferences and retreats:  $15 per day or $5 breakfast,

$5 lunch and $5 dinner.

Children age 6 and under are free.

Youth group meal rates:

(including accompanying adults eating the same menu):  $20 per day per person or

$4.50 breakfast, $5.50 lunch, $10 dinner

Day Group Meeting Space Rates

Flournoy Hall up to 100 people: $200

Flournoy Study up to 13 people: $ 50

Conference C up to 40 people:  $125

Conference D up to 50 people:  $125

Manor House up to 20 people:   $125

Pavilion up to 300 people outdoors:  $150

* Groups should reserve space for the guaranteed minimum number.  Deposit is $35 per person, per night.

* One meeting room is complimentary to overnight groups—please call to confirm availability

* Cancellation policy:  If a group cancels within less than 30 days of arrival there will be a 50% charge of total bill.

For 1/2 day experience 3-4 hours,  8 participant minimum

15 participant maximum per instructor, $100 per instructor, minimum 3 hours

Waterfront

Use of the pool: 

1-25 people:  $25

26-50 people:  $50

51 and over:  $100 (maximum charge)

4 hours waterfront instructor (morning or afternoon):  $100

Canoes and Kayaks

$10 per canoe/kayak – Includes canoes and equipment (life vests and paddles)

8 participant minimum and waterfront instructor fee

Campfires

$25 per fire includes wood, setup and extinguishing

Grill

Gas grill use for cooking:  $10 per day
